Job description

  • Own operations, development and maintenance of applications and processes for the Sales and Service domains.
  • Liaise with sales and service teams to define business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that enhance sales and service team performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the application/service lifecycle.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals including developers, support engineers, architect and BA.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure that SMO IT strategy and governance policies are adhered to while implementing solutions and delivering service.
  • Own and manage the budget of the team and services.
