Job Description:

  • Sales Team Management: Achieve monthly growth and sales targets by successfully managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Recruitment & Training: Oversee the recruitment process, set clear objectives, provide coaching, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting customer relationships and work towards building a strong referral business.
  • Experience in Sales: Proven track record as a sales representative or manager, with consistent success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Timeshare Industry Knowledge: Strong business acumen and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the timeshare industry.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Branch Manager/Regional Manager regarding performance, sales metrics, and progress.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in the local language as per the region.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years, with at least 3 years in direct sales (B2C).
