Team Leaders – Voice Process (BPO)

Job Requirements:

2–4 years of experience as a Team Leader (on paper)

Must have handled a team of 15–30 associates

Voice Process (BPO) experience is mandatory

Strong experience in driving TL performance metrics and KPIs

Regular Degree (Graduation) is compulsory

Willing to work from office on a daily basis

Joining Preference:
