Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Treasury Management Technical Support team to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients regarding treasury management solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot treasury management systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and enhancements in treasury management solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all treasury operations.
• Train and mentor new team members and provide ongoing professional development for the team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-13 years of experience in treasury management or related technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of treasury management systems and cash management products.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
