We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Banking Process team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing banking operations, leading teams, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of banking process associates to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to banking policies and procedures.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding team performance and project updates.
