Job Description
Role Overview:
The Team Leader will oversee a mid-sized team, driving performance, process adherence, and operational excellence. This role requires strategic leadership, coaching, and active involvement in team development, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to consistently achieve performance goals, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Develop, mentor, and coach team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Allocate resources and tasks efficiently to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor team performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and resolve complex operational issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate reports on team performance, attendance, and operational outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve interdepartmental challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of best practices.
