Team Leader

Role Overview:

The Team Leader will oversee a mid-sized team, driving performance, process adherence, and operational excellence. This role requires strategic leadership, coaching, and active involvement in team development, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained.

• Develop, mentor, and coach team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Allocate resources and tasks efficiently to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor team performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and resolve complex operational issues.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate reports on team performance, attendance, and operational outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve interdepartmental challenges.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of best practices.
