Diverse Lynx is hiring - C2H IT Recruiter (Domestic Staffing)

Location: Noida, Sector 16, Logix Park

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions on a C2H basis
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and other channels
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding processes
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of C2H IT candidates
