Team Lead/Assistant Manager, Field Marketing
Job Description
Cvent is looking for a Team Lead to help plan and execute marketing campaigns for Europe region for our MICE and transient technology solutions for hotels and destinations
• You will report to the marketing manager in India and work closely with UK and US counterparts
• The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of integrated, multi-channel marketing programmes across the entire customer journey, ideally in B2B marketing, in the technology sector or the hospitality industry
• The candidate should be both creative and analytical, able to integrate cutting-edge marketing automation and digital marketing techniques with physical, virtual and hybrid events and corporate communications
In This Role, You Will:
• Develop optimized, targeted and dynamic marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, solicit prospect interest and generate demand for Cvent solutions for hotels, venues and destinations
• Generate leads for our sales team to achieve sales bookings targets
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic marketing partners in the Europe region
• Curate content for the marketing campaign to support local campaign needs
• Plan and execute online demos/webinars and promote them in the region through various channels (email, paid social, generic social, etc)
• Work effectively across creative, content, digital, social, martech and operations teams across multiple regions to achieve goals
• Manage, measure, track, and report on metrics to evaluate campaign results and effectiveness across the mix
Heres What You Need:
• 6-8 years of experience in marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organised, self-motivated and effective communicator
• Strong knowledge of online & digital marketing techniques for inbound marketing, of developing outbound e-marketing nurture campaigns
• An understanding of the hospitality industry
• Experience executing B2B campaigns across Europe
• Experience of working in a multi-national, matrixed organisation to develop marketing campaigns in partnership with multiple sales & marketing teams in remote locations
• Experience of integrated marketing communications and creating campaigns which are executed across the mix
