Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

People Management

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
  • Set individual and team goals, monitor performance, and support career development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the TA team.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with business leaders, department heads, and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and talent needs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on talent acquisition trends, processes, and market insights.
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment with internal stakeholders at all hiring stages.

End-to-End Hiring (Tech & Non-Tech)

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for a mix of technical and non-technical roles.
  • Implement tailored sourcing strategies for Finance, engineering, marketing, operations, sales, and corporate roles.
  • Optimize sourcing channels including job boards, employee referrals, social media.
  • Drive recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity hiring metrics.

Recruitment Operations & Strategy

  • Build and manage scalable recruitment processes and tools (e.g., ATS optimization, dashboards, OKRs).
  • Collaborate with employer branding teams to develop talent marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report hiring metrics, pipeline status, and hiring forecasts to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance as per internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 10 -12 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in managing both tech and non-tech hiring.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Talent Recruit, Zing HR etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strategic HR partnering with exposure to leadership teams.
  • Experience managing mid to large teams and mentoring mid-level HR professionals.
  • Strong stakeholder management, data analytics, and decision-making.
