Team Lead - Robotics

The position requires the candidate to lead a team of curriculum planners to research and prepare lesson plans, activities and resources for students and teachers to use while teaching/learning robotics. They should be able to research, design and build state-of-the-art robots to win national and international level robotic competitions. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Research on current trends in robotics.
• Plan age-appropriate activities to be conducted in a classroom
• Write, design and review textbooks/workbooks.
• Review lesson plans and teaching resources.
• Design and conduct training programs
• Record teaching methodology and training videos.
• Build robots for competition

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelors/ Masters in Robotics/Electronics
• Technologically Savvy
• Managerial experience of 2-3 years
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in research and development for robotics projects/ product development
• Experience in PCB designing, 3D modelling, 3D printing
• Experience in working with production/manufacturing teams
• Participated in robotics competitions with earned accolades
• Should have worked with various microcontrollers and microprocessors
• Able to read technical data sheets
