Team Lead - Recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure efficient full life-cycle recruiting.
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee the hiring process, including resume validation, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
• Focus on non-technical hiring for product-based IT clients.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to improve candidate engagement.
• Ensure effective use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for the recruitment team.
