Job Description
- Responsible for managing and guiding the outbound sales team. This includes setting goals, providing training and coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring the teams overall productivity and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the sales management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Help define target markets, identify potential leads, and establish sales targets and quotas for the team.
- Monitor the performance of individual team members and the team as a whole. Track
- key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue generated.
- Provide feedback and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions, share best practices, and help team
- members improve their sales skills and techniques.
- Continuously evaluates and enhances the outbound sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement sales tools and technologies to improve productivity.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and present insights and recommendations to the higher management.
