Job Description

  • Responsible for managing and guiding the outbound sales team. This includes setting goals, providing training and coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring the teams overall productivity and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the sales management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Help define target markets, identify potential leads, and establish sales targets and quotas for the team.
  • Monitor the performance of individual team members and the team as a whole. Track
  • key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue generated.
  • Provide feedback and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular sales training sessions, share best practices, and help team
  • members improve their sales skills and techniques.
  • Continuously evaluates and enhances the outbound sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement sales tools and technologies to improve productivity.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and present insights and recommendations to the higher management.
