Team Lead – Full-Stack

• Lead day-to-day full-stack technical delivery (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Nest.js)

• Delegate scoped coding tasks to AI agents and review outputs at the PR level in CI/CD pipelines

• Write, review, and maintain production-quality code across frontend and backend

• Coordinate backlog items and translate them into well-scoped engineering tasks

• Mentor team members and embed AI maturity practices to support skill progression

• Participate in architecture walkthroughs and provide technical visibility to stakeholders
