Team Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Application Maintenance & Support

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across applications.
• Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and optimization tasks.
• Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports.
• Ensure high system uptime and quick turnaround for incidents.

Change Requests & Enhancements

• Review change requests (CRs) to assess impact, effort, and dependencies.
• Implement small to medium enhancements to improve system functionality.
• Collaborate with QA teams for testing and validation of fixes.

Production Support & Incident Management

• Lead L2/L3 support for applications and environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents within defined SLAs.

Code Quality & Technical Improvements

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Refactor legacy code to improve performance, readability, and maintainability.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain technical documentation, support guides, and troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and IT governance standards.
• Maintain version control and release notes.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Track ticket volumes, SLA adherence, and team performance metrics.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams.
• Conduct regular review meetings and provide status reporting.
