Team Lead - Control & Protection Platform

• Lead a small team of engineers responsible for C&P Platform Development for FACTS and HVDC Solutions.
• Hold regular growth dialogues and feedback sessions with team members.
• Coordinate activities and communications with different project teams and C&P Platform development teams in the HC.
• Identify and engage stakeholders (R&D and customers), analyze their expectations, and manage their impact on the project.
• Define and refine the scope/Release backlog for your team within C&P Platform Development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Completed a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or comparable.
• Proven experience in leading teams, project management, and testing of control technology systems.
• Good understanding of converter and high-voltage technology, with proficiency in HVDC and FACTS system technology, automation, protection, and control technology.
• Experience with JIRA and GIT as version control systems.
• More than 3 years' experience in solution development projects.
• 2-3 years' experience leading a team in Software, Hardware, or Solution Development in an Agile environment.
• Practical experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment.
• Ability to work effectively as a team leader.
• Flexibility, self-motivation, and result-focus.
