Job Description
Position – Team Lead (Customer Support)
Location: Hyderabad
CTC: 5 lpa
Work mode – Hybrid after 3 months
Interview Process: 2 managerial Rounds (face to face interview)
Key Requirements:
• Qualifications: Any Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years overall, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader on paper
• Process Experience: Domestic Inbound Customer Support (Voice Process)
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of customer support executives in a domestic inbound process ( 35- 40-member team).
• Monitor and drive team performance, productivity, and adherence to service level targets.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
Skills and Abilities:
• Performance Metrics Handling: Proven experience in managing key KPIs such as AHT, FCR, CSAT
• Ability to manage pressure and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple languages
