Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end domestic IT and Non-IT recruitment across sectors like BFSI, BPO, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Retail.
• Work as a hands-on contributor, managing own delivery targets.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and social platforms.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters on best practices.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
