Job Description

We are hiring for a Team Lead position with a leading MNC. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing teams in an International Voice Process environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team handling international voice support.
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching, and drive the team to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Conduct performance reviews and create action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Experience in International Voice Process with team leadership exposure (minimum 1.5 years in a lead role).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in US or rotational shifts.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.
