1.3+ years of experience of leading software engineers in an agile environment – using either SCRUM, XP or Kanban
Hands-on experience in a Software Engineering role working with JavaScript, Node and/or Java
Track record of delivering complex solutions, as part of a high-performing team, in challenging circumstances
Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and their use in software development
Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing – both with onshore and remote team members
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions while working under pressure
