- On-the-job Product Training of new joinees
- Maintain MIS for Allocated Pool
- Tracking Callers properly Inspire / motivate callers to achieve targets
- Sending Pick-up files
- Identifying critical cases and act accordingly
- Prepare strategies for achieving Team targets
- Coordinate with Collection agencies
- Handling Escalation calls /agitated customers
- Performance review of callers on daily weekly monthly basis
- Plan for absenteeism in the team and ensure smooth work flow
