Tealium-CDP Consultant

This role requires someone that has a strong and practical knowledge of Tealium Customer Data Platform, including consulting of best practices, implementation and consulting of use cases.

This role would be a hybrid role - a combination of being a Customer Data Platform consultant and a data analyst/consultant.

CDP Consultant jobs to be done

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and implement Tealium s Customer Data Hub end to end, i.e., from data ingestion via APIs/SFTP to event/attribute/audience configuration to UAT testing.
• Work with in-house consultants & clients to understand client s needs and develop solutions using Tealium products.
• Define and manage standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure data quality.
• Ensure technology solutions are in alignment with data architecture principles and target end state.
• Create technical documentation for Tealium implementation.

Data Consultant jobs to be done

• Responsible for creating & maintaining dashboards for deep-dive insights generation.
• Generate actionable marketing insights, with business growth in mind, by analyzing digital and marketing data sources, i.e., GA360, GA4, media metrics etc.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Work across cross functional teams in India & Singapore to deliver data related projects & analysis.

Key Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience implementing & using Tealium s Customer Data Hub (certification is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and capability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Ability to switch between multiple clients and projects, zoom out and look at the bigger picture.
• Passionate about technology, data and must love to sell your ideas to everyone.
