Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision to children aged 6 months to 7 years.
• Create a safe, warm, and child-friendly environment at all times.
• Engage children in age-appropriate learning and play activities.
• Support children's emotional, social, and developmental needs with empathy and patience.
• Follow child safety procedures and centre guidelines strictly.
• Manage classroom and activity areas effectively.
• Observe children's development and report concerns to supervisors when required.
• Communicate positively with parents and centre staff.
