Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Major Incidents, ensuring they are logged, progressed, updated, authorized, expedited, and resolved per SLA.
- Proactively support High Severity Incidents (P1 and P2) using MIM experience.
- Own Major Incidents and drive resolution efficiently via Bridge calls and Chat.
- Issue timely communications during incident progression.
- Identify timelines and targets for recovery actions, feedback, and communications.
- Assess and agree on Business Impact and Incident Severity Levels.
- Ensure appropriate internal and third-party escalations occur.
- Assess need for handovers to maintain recovery team performance over extended durations.
- Highlight risks and issues identified during Major Incidents.
- Evaluate recovery actions and ensure active production of a recovery plan.
- Suggest workarounds and methods to expedite incident recovery.
- Continuously review engagement and identify additional support teams or individuals to optimize recovery efforts.
