Roles & Responsibilities
- Process loans, orders, requests, or claims as assigned by the Team Lead
- Achieve individual SLA targets for metrics such as Accuracy, Productivity, Volumes, and Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided by the business
- Complete all mandatory assessments/certifications applicable to the supported business
- Achieve the required Learning Health Score
- Liaise with internal and external clients and seek approvals from internal stakeholders where required
- First-level processing of transactions including:
- Quality review: appraisal review, BPO review, title review
- Verification tasks
- Information setup: loan setup, escrow setup, modification setup, claims setup
- Updating of information
