Roles & Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure positive candidate interactions by providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and local job market conditions to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Reporting: Generate and present recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and highlight areas for improvement.
