Tariff Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, interpret, and model complex utility tariffs, rates, and programs.
• Maintain and validate tariff models using Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and Python.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and relational database concepts.
• Automate workflow processes and improve efficiency of tariff calculations.
• Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies to ensure delivery of modeling goals.
• Validate changes to tariff models using regression calibration, investigate issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow Change Management processes for releasing updates to production models, including documentation and approvals.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for tariff modeling, rate engines, and related processes.
• Provide expertise and guidance on tariff modeling systems and processes to team members.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation on tariff modeling requirements and client deliverables.
