Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Build Talent Strategy
- Partner with People Partners, Business Leaders, Org Effectiveness Leads, Development Leads, and People Analytics to develop a cohesive enterprise talent strategy
- Propose and implement a centralized system for capturing talent-related data
- Collaborate with People Analytics to define and deliver meaningful reporting mechanisms
Talent Assessment and Identification
- Design and maintain talent assessment frameworks to identify high-potential employees and key talent
- Leverage talent evaluation analytics to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Ensure accurate and updated talent data, profiles, and analytics inputs
Talent Development & Retention Strategies
- Develop enterprise-wide and customized talent development and retention strategies
- Partner with People Partners and business leaders to build individualized development plans
- Align talent strategies with existing and emerging learning and development programs
- Monitor development outcomes and refine strategies as needed
Performance Assessment Oversight
- Leverage and enhance performance management tools such as Thrive
- Oversee performance management cycles, tools, and guidance processes
- Support managers and employees in effectively using performance assessment tools
- Analyze performance data to inform continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align talent management strategies with business priorities and HR initiatives
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce and talent issues
- Facilitate talent review discussions and support talent decision-making processes
Talent Pipeline Management
- Build and monitor an internal talent pipeline to fill key roles proactively
- Collaborate across Total Rewards, People Partners, and L&D to engage and retain top talent
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Partner with analytics teams to establish KPIs for talent management
- Analyze and present insights and metrics to senior leaders
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data trends
Performance Management Systems
- Manage and optimize performance management platforms
- Ensure systems are fair, transparent, and consistently applied
- Deliver training and support on tools and best practices for managers and employees
What We're Looking For
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a strong plus
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in talent management, including strategy, assessment, and development
- Proven success in implementing talent assessment frameworks and driving retention strategies
- Experience conducting workshops and trainings on performance management tools
- Preferably has worked in complex or global organizations
