Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with senior business leaders to translate business goals into effective people strategies.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor on change management and transformation initiatives.
Talent & Performance Management
- Drive performance management processes, goal setting, and leadership effectiveness.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for strategic hiring and workforce planning.
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive engagement, culture-building, and employee experience initiatives.
- Coach managers on people management and employee lifecycle issues.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Guide implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with COEs (L&D, C&B, TA, HR Ops) for seamless execution.
Data & Insights
- Use HR analytics and metrics to inform decisions and improve business outcomes.
- Track and analyze attrition, engagement, performance, and workforce trends.
