Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with senior business leaders to translate business goals into effective people strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on change management and transformation initiatives.

Talent & Performance Management

  • Drive performance management processes, goal setting, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition for strategic hiring and workforce planning.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive engagement, culture-building, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Coach managers on people management and employee lifecycle issues.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Guide implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with COEs (L&D, C&B, TA, HR Ops) for seamless execution.

Data & Insights

  • Use HR analytics and metrics to inform decisions and improve business outcomes.
  • Track and analyze attrition, engagement, performance, and workforce trends.
