Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Job Analysis: Work with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing candidates with insights into company culture and role expectations.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress through the ATS.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support competitive salary and recruitment strategies.
• Onboarding: Assist with new hire onboarding and coordinate orientation programs.
