Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent hiring and C2H roles.
- Source candidates for niche skills like SAP, Front End, Back End, Java, and other IT technologies.
- Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), networking, and referrals to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment drives during weekdays and weekends.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain documentation in ATS.
- Conduct online tests and virtual interview rounds (L1 & L2) to screen candidates.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
