Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for various corporate and IT roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience in corporate hiring
- Expertise in sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good screening and interviewing skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have any of the following qualifications:
- MBA in HR (Full-Time)
- BMS
- MCA
- BCA
- B.Sc IT
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4 – 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of corporate hiring experience
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and hiring platforms
