Job Description

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, either in IT or non-IT roles.
  3. Experience with various sourcing techniques including job portals, social media, and networking.
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
