Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies tailored to each department.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds, and assist with decision-making processes.
- Negotiate salary offers, benefits packages, and employment terms with candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and clear communication.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and recommend improvements to streamline recruitment.
- Promote the organization's employer brand and enhance its visibility as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in talent acquisition and employ best practices in recruitment processes.
- Support and manage recruitment-related projects, including employer branding campaigns and talent mapping.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams for effective onboarding of new hires.
