Job Description

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the company.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
  • Manage job postings on company careers page, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the hiring process, including offering job positions and negotiating salary terms.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment event.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
