Job Description
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the company.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
- Manage job postings on company careers page, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Conduct interviews with candidates in coordination with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including offering job positions and negotiating salary terms.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment event.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Strong decision-making skills.
