Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline sourcing operations
• Build strong talent pipelines through research, referrals, and outbound sourcing campaigns
• Identify and engage passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative platforms
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate fit
• Track sourcing pipeline metrics and share regular updates with stakeholders
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance sourcing strategy and execution

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector
• Proven ability to partner with recruiters and hiring teams to build sourcing strategies
• Skilled in resume screening, candidate engagement, and sourcing tools
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; data-driven mindset
• Experience with SuccessFactors or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi required; Telugu and/or Urdu a plus
