Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Administer candidate pre-employment activities: employment contract preparation, background checks, and personal file management
- Act as the first point of contact for onboarding-related queries, delivering exceptional service
- Schedule interviews and support hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
- Collaborate with international TA teams to migrate and optimize core activities:
- Interview scheduling
- Candidate management
- Employment contract preparation
- Reference/background checks
- Onboarding coordination
- Assist in recruiting system optimization and pre-boarding process improvement projects
- Contribute to broader HR Operations initiatives and support third-party vendor administration
Skills & Experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
- Higher education qualification
- Administrative or HR operations experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a high-volume environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team
