Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational objectives and workforce requirements. Collaborate with senior management to establish hiring plans and targets.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling and inclusive job postings. Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to maximize visibility and reach.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify, source, and engage potential candidates through online platforms, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Build and maintain a pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Screening and Selection: Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers and panels to ensure an efficient and candidate-friendly process.
- Candidate Assessment: Administer and interpret assessments, including technical or behavioral tests, and collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate results.
- Interview Evaluation and Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from hiring teams and maintain transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Prepare and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies, compensation structure, and market standards.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the organization's employer brand by promoting its culture, values, and employee experience through various channels and events.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment data such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
- Experience in employer branding and use of digital platforms for recruitment.
