Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and attract high-quality talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and guide the overall selection process.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to generate insights and improve hiring processes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within D2C or e-commerce sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
