Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently fill field sales roles and manage the end-to-end sales hiring process.
- Map the market to scout talent and continuously build a strong sales talent pipeline.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top sales talent.
- Travel across multiple cities to conduct in-person interviews.
Requirements:
- 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sales hiring.
- Preferably experienced in a startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
- Post-graduation from a Tier 1 institute preferred; relevant graduate experience is acceptable.
