Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Leadership: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across various domains, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Specialized Staffing Models: Specialize in Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) placements, demonstrating strong expertise in these models.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively understanding their hiring needs and consistently delivering high-quality candidates. Coordinate with internal teams to align hiring strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage top talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closure: Skillfully negotiate offers and successfully close positions within defined timelines, ensuring a positive outcome for both candidates and the organization.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Maintain comprehensive recruitment metrics and reports to accurately track efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
