Job Description
MIKO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern with 1-5 years of experience to join our HR team in Mumbai. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced organization. You will contribute directly to attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent for MIKO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify and source candidates through various channels. Conduct initial resume screening and phone interviews to assess qualifications.
- Candidate Management: Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Job Posting & Advertising: Assist in crafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance MIKO's employer brand.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-onboarding activities for new hires.
- Reporting & Analytics: Contribute to tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
