The executive will work as part of the corporate HR team, focusing on specific Business Unit(s) and leveraging various channels such as job portals, networking, and headhunting to build a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and future requirements. The position is a hands-on role, requiring a proactive approach to recruitment and a focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience. This is a contract position for 3-6 months, with work from office in Noida.
