Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand technical job requirements and role expectations.
  • Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and pipelines.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 0.6–3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in contract staffing.
  • Previous work experience with IT service companies or startups.
  • Understanding of technical screening methods and tools.
