Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Understand technical job requirements and role expectations.
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, etc.).
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and pipelines.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 0.6–3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in contract staffing.
- Previous work experience with IT service companies or startups.
- Understanding of technical screening methods and tools.
