Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various departments. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and interview panels
  • Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and company standards
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
  • Provide regular reports and hiring insights to management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and interview coordination
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in ATS tools, job portals, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Familiarity with employer branding, campus hiring, or diversity hiring practices
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and HR compliance guidelines
