Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various departments. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and interview panels
- Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and company standards
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
- Provide regular reports and hiring insights to management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and interview coordination
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS tools, job portals, and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
- Familiarity with employer branding, campus hiring, or diversity hiring practices
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and HR compliance guidelines
