Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
  • Assess candidate suitability based on attitude, qualifications, experience, and communication skills
  • Conduct volume hiring and headhunting for specialized roles
  • Interact with HR managers and corporate clients to understand hiring requirements and mandates
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with recruitment partners
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve targets and maintain high performance
  • Map industries, build talent pipelines, and maintain strong client relationships
