Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
- Assess candidate suitability based on attitude, qualifications, experience, and communication skills
- Conduct volume hiring and headhunting for specialized roles
- Interact with HR managers and corporate clients to understand hiring requirements and mandates
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with recruitment partners
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve targets and maintain high performance
- Map industries, build talent pipelines, and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between candidates and clients
