Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and lateral hiring channels
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
• Conduct interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Support bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment initiatives
• Maintain candidate records and track recruitment metrics
• Assist in executive search and headhunting for specialized roles
• Collaborate with HR and department teams to fulfill hiring requirements
• Learn and apply best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment analytics
