Talend Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Talend-based data integration solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes, data quality routines, and data models to support business needs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Talend-based solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience developing ETL solutions using Talend.
• Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Spark) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
