About the Role  

We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong expertise in Talend ETL and data pipeline design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing robust data integration solutions to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence across multiple platforms. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend for large-scale data processing. 

• Develop efficient data integration workflows across multiple data sources and systems. 

• Work with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark for data transformation. 

• Implement and maintain data quality, validation, and governance frameworks. 

• Deploy and manage ETL jobs on cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). 

• Monitor and tune data pipelines for high performance and reliability. 

• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to understand and deliver data requirements. 

Essential Skills: 

• Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and related tools. 

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data pipeline optimization. 

• Experience in Big Data integration (Hadoop/Spark). 

• Familiarity with cloud ETL solutions (AWS Glue, GCP Dataflow, Azure Data Factory). 

• Good understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
