Tableau Developer

We are actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for transforming raw data into insightful visualizations and interactive dashboards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing data for Tableau, establishing data connections, performing data modeling, and developing workbooks and hyper extracts to deliver compelling analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Preparation: Prepare and refine data to ensure it's clean, accurate, and ready for effective use by Tableau.
• Data Source Connectivity: Establish and manage seamless connections to various Data Sources, ensuring reliable data flow for analysis.
• Dimensional & Metric Creation: Add or create relevant Dimensions, Measures, and Calculations within Tableau to support robust data analysis and reporting.
• Data Modeling: Perform comprehensive Data Modeling in Tableau Desktop, structuring data effectively for optimal visualization and performance.
• Workbook & Extract Development: Develop impactful Workbooks and Hyper Extracts on Tableau Desktop, creating interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar data visualization role.
• Demonstrable experience in creating impactful dashboards and reports.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) is preferred.
