Systems Integration Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Nagios monitoring systems.
• Configure monitoring for servers, applications, and network devices in Nagios.
• Manage Nagios Syslog and ensure proper logging and alerting for critical events.
• Perform regular updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Nagios monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective monitoring coverage and alert response.
• Optimize Nagios configurations to improve monitoring efficiency and reduce false alerts.
• Document Nagios configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Nagios administration.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring configuration and alerting in Nagios.
• Experience in Nagios Syslog management.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
